The purpose and goal of the Affinity Healing Center is attunement and balancing of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. The center promotes the understanding and experience of physical health and growth through bodywork and other holistic healing arts. We offer a weaving of techniques, including but not limited to massage, sacred touch, magnetic healing, and the use of therapeutic-grade essential oils. The center offers private and group instruction in bodywork and healing techniques.
The practical application of the center’s mission is based on the idea of “different strokes for different folks.” We honor the individuality of each person. We have great respect and reverence for a person’s beliefs, physical conditions, and their fear of change and the unknown. We accept people for where they are and comfortably facilitate change in a safe environment.
As a center offering private and group instruction, we offer workshops for people at all levels of knowledge. The only prerequisite for our workshops is the desire to be in relationship through touch.
We are best suited to mentor established practitioners and recent graduates. We can help to identify their unique patterns of work and guide them in increasing and improving their effectiveness as a practitioner. We believe that the more conscious one is about energy and the use of it, the more fluid and powerful a session becomes.
It is the center’s deepest privilege to offer its knowledge and experience to clients and students.
